FOUNDATION REPAIR

We know the importance of maintaining a properly stabilized foundation. Our pressed piling method allows us to reach depths of absolute refusal to ensure long-lasting solution for your property. Any concerns you have with your property or asset, TiCon offers free inspections.

COMMERCIAL, MULTIFAMILY & Residential

Our team understands that even small repairs can be disruptive to your business, employees and residents. Each repair solution revolves around being low-impact, fast and precise with little disruption to your day-to-day operations.

Foundation Inspection Process

The inspection begins with a thorough observation of the exterior facade to make note of any signs of structural distress. These signs typically include diagonal/stair stepping cracks in the brick, separations around window frames and widened expansion joints. A scaled drawing will be drafted and the interior inspection will begin with an observation of all drywall and door frames. A Zip-Level will then be used to take elevation readings to determine if the foundation is within tolerance or not. If concluded that repairs are needed, a piling placement proposal will be given.

Foundation Repair Process

Our crew will follow the given diagram to install pilings where needed. Each hole is hand dug to expose the bottom of the foundation's grade beam. Once this is completed, concrete pilings will be pressed into the soil to a depth of refusal. This process ensures that we have surpassed the layers of clay-like soil and reached a load-bearing strata that can withstand the weight of the structure. When all pilings have been driven, the structure can now be lifted in an attempt to bring it back to as close to its original grade.

Lifetime Warranty

TiCon Texas Foundation Services stands behind our work with a robust warranty that stays with the property, not just the original homeowner who commissioned the repairs. Our established and effective foundation repair methods enable us to offer a lifetime warranty. This warranty transfers seamlessly to subsequent property owners, ensuring continued peace of mind and protection.
